Special Concerns: |
Safety and effectiveness have not been determined in children. Significant absorption in geriatric clients may result in myocardial depression. Also, use with caution in angle-closure glaucoma (use with a miotic), in clients with muscle weaknesses, and in those with decreased pulmonary function. |

•Ophthalmic Solution (0.25%, 0.5%)
Adults, usual: 1-2 gtt of 0.25% solution in affected eye(s) b.i.d. or 1-2 gtt of 00.5% solution in affected eye(s) once a day (use b.i.d. in more severe or uncontrolled glaucoma). |
