It may even be worth printing this out and placing it in a prominent place, such as your fridge, so you can see it regularly.

It would be naive not to acknowledge that it is difficult to quit smoking. A thing that you do 20, maybe even 30 times per day, every day for years is well ingrained. Many people really want to quit, but simply cannot. This is often because although they want to quit on a conscious level, they don't want to quit on a subconscious level. The subconscious mind may still be programmed with those old thoughts that smoking is cool and makes you seem more grown up and mature.
On a conscious level you know this is not true, but unconsciously you don't.

This is why so many people want to quit smoking, but can't. They are literally in two minds. Their conscious mind wants to quit, but their unconscious mind does not. Since the unconscious mind is responsible for our automatic habits and urges, it nearly always wins in the long run.

Hypnotherapy will help be reprogramming the unconscious mind and convincing it that smoking is a negative thing to do. Once successfully treated with hypnotherapy, your conscious and unconscious minds will be in agreement about the negative aspects of smoking, and it will be much easier for you to quit smoking for good.
