It is a polymorphic Lesion (different lesion shapes at the same time)
Like : areas of skin with seborrhea (scaly red skin), comedones (blackheads and whiteheads), papules (pinheads), pustules (pimples), nodules (large papules) and possibly scarring
This is a sever form of Acne with cysts , abscess and keloid formation

Criteria For Spot Diagnosis:
1. Seborrhea
2. Black comedones
3. White comedones
4. Papules
5. Pustules
6. Nodules
7. Scaring
8. Cysts
9. Abscess
10. Keloid formation
