Ocular Herpes Zoster
Herpes Zoster is a lesion in which there arew vesicles or group of vesicles on erythematous base confined and spreaded in a specefic Dermatome (area supplied by only one nerve ) as this virus attacks and stays latent (hiden) in the ganglions of different nerves, In this case the affection is in one of the nervers of the thoracic cage and so the affection is in the skin of the thorax
Crieteria for Spot Diagnosis:
1. Group of Vesicles.
2. Erythematous base
3. Crustations
4. In a specific dermatome
