Lichen Planus
Flat topped violaceous shiny plaque with Wickham's striae associated with hyperkeratosis of the skin most probably on the chin of the tibia (typical site) and may be in warty character
Criteria For Spot Diagnosis:
1. Flat topped
2. Violaceous in color
3. Shiny
4. Presence of Wickham's striae
5. Hyperkeratosis of the skin
6. (if it is on the chin it increase the probability of the diagnosis)
