Flat topped violaceous shiny papules with Wickham's striae
Kobner Phenomenon
It means when the skin is traumatized (eg. scratched) around the region of the lesion , the lesion appears in the traumatized area after a while (may be 48 hours)

Criteria For Spot Diagnosis:
1. Flat topped
2. Violaceous in color
3. Shiny
4. Presence of Wickham's striae
5. Kobner Phenomenon " the linear lesion"
