In this lesion there is a large, bulbous, ruddy appearance of the nose caused by granulomatous infiltration, commonly due to untreated rosacea.

Criteria For Spot Diagnosis:
1. Large , ruddy appearance of the nose
2. Manifestations of Rosacea"Erythematous papules, Pustules , NO COMEDONES"
